How to Get Rid of Saddlebags

- Single-Leg Hip Raise
- Standing Fire Hydrant with Medicine Ball

Single-Leg Hip Raise
Perform 3 sets of 15 reps with each leg. Do not rest before switching legs. If you’re more advanced, add ankle weights or elevate your stationary leg by placing it on a bench or step.
Standing Fire Hydrant with Medicine Ball
Perform for 30 seconds with each leg, making sure to keep a firm grasp on the ball. Do not rest between legs. Beginners should start with just their leg and work their way up to using a medicine ball.
Perform 3 sets of 20 reps. Rest 30 seconds between sets.
Side Leg Circles

Crossover Step Up
Do this move as many times as you can for 30 seconds, then switch and do another 30 seconds with your other leg. If you are more advanced you can increase difficulty by holding dumbbells in your hands.
