5 Exercises to Lose Your Muffin Top

Losing your muffin top takes work in many areas, with your diet being one of the most important. But that doesn’t mean that working up a little sweat won’t make those results you’re looking for come even faster.

Do the following muffin top exercise routine twice per week, resting 30 seconds to a minute between each exercise. Try to work up to where you can make it through the routine for three full circuits (rest 2-3 minutes between each circuit).

Beginners should try for 10-12 reps per exercise. If you’re more advanced, shoot for 15-20 reps.
