8 Full Body Exercises: Finish Your Workout Faster!

These days we’re all pressed for time, making it harder and harder to get in a quality full body exercise on a regular basis. And even if you’re just overflowing with time (lucky!), who doesn’t want to get things done with quicker?

The following exercises work your upper and lower body at the same time. You’ll build lean muscle in your arms and legs, all while burning even more calories than you would if you were doing simpler movements.

If you’re working these into your existing routine, it’s a good idea to start out with more complex movements like these while your body is still fresh. For exercises that call for weights, start with something lighter than you would normally use.
